Caroline brings over 15 years of experience in legal staffing, recruiting, and operations—though she’ll be the first to tell you she’s still learning something new every day. Over the course of her career, she’s had the opportunity to work with incredible teams, support growing businesses, and help connect talented legal professionals with the right opportunities.

Now serving as President and owner of JurisTalent, Caroline is focused on continuing to build a thoughtful, relationship-driven business that puts people first—clients, candidates, and her internal team alike. She believes strongly that great outcomes come from listening well, moving quickly, and not taking yourself too seriously along the way.

Outside of work, Caroline spends most of her time with her husband and two sons, who keep her busy, grounded, and occasionally humble in ways no professional setting ever could.
